History

Growing up in the small town of Prince Rupert B.C. and living in Victoria for the past 28 years, Shaunna has always acknowledged the importance of community, friendships, and family life. After moving to Victoria with her three beautiful daughters, Asya, Taylor, and Brooke-Len, she became actively involved in their school & outside activities. This brought Shaunna and her family closer to the community and helped create lasting relationships she still values today.

Before becoming an award winning Realtor, Shaunna was a Commercial Fisherman and part owner/operator of a 67′ aluminum Seine Boat, where she learned the power of negotiation through selling fish to the highest bidder. Her next career choice as an ICBC Claims Adjuster allowed her to develop strong negotiation skills by determining who was at fault for a Motor Vehicle accident. With this position Shaunna worked very closely with doctors, police, and lawyers, furthering her communication skills.

With her years of experience in the real estate business, Shaunna has connected with people from all over the world helping them plant their roots and settle in the beautiful city of Victoria BC. From downtown condos to multi-million dollar waterfront homes, finding places for families and individuals to call home is a passion Shaunna enjoys every day. Shaunna has successfully grown her business through being a member of the Premier Networking Group, and connecting with other business professionals. By being an active member of Greater Victoria, Shaunna participates in a number of different charity organizations including the 100+ Real Estate Agents Who Care, Habitat for Humanity, Victoria Women’s Transition House, and Power to Be. Shaunna believes very strongly in giving back, and prides herself on her commitment to community and making a difference.

Lifestyle

When Shaunna is not working with clients or in the office, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, practicing Bikram yoga, or jogging along the beautiful beaches and trails of Oak Bay. Shaunna believes living a healthy lifestyle is very important, and values balancing both personal and professional life.
